Welcome to the Intentional WorkClimate Questionnaire
INSTRUCTIONS: Please read the following carefully before proceeding with the questionnaire.
The following questionnaire measures your personal perspective of the work climate you experience on a day-to-day basis. As you respond to each statement, keep in mind that we are seeking
your subjective work experience and your unique "viewpoint".
You will receive a copy of your individual results. Your individual results are confidential and are not shared without your permission. You may chose to share your results at a future time; but this choice is up to you.
For facilitation of our Intentional WorkClimate program, your results and those of your workgroup
will be compiled into a composite
for group discussion as well as facilitated dialogue with your leadership.
Respond to every item, answering the questions as spontaneously as possible. Don’t think about how you “should” answer the question. The right answer is how you most accurately feel about the answer. Also, try not to overuse the "nuetral" response. If over 33% of your responses are "neutral", this will invalidate your questionniare and we will not be able to add your results into the group composite.
There are two parts to this questionnaire.
Both sections must be completed to process results.
At the end of Part I simply click on the provided link to continue to Part II.
At the end of Part II click on SUBMIT. Your results are sent directly to our office for processing.
The questionnaire should take you approximately 30-40 minutes.
